The chances are you will find it prohibitively difficult to find the right outfit to match the hat you like. There are so many different shades of colour in outfits.

It is a courtesy to let the Mother of the Bride to choose the colour of her outfit and to buy the outfit first.
I advise Mothers of Brides to go for subtle print outfits to wear on the wedding day. That way you won’t see the photographs in years to come and think “What was I thinking at the time?”
A very satisfied customer sent her friend saying “the shop is tiny but Koulla knows her stuff”. The friend came in very confused, saying “tiny??”.

Never buy a dress without the jacket.
If you buy the dress first, there is a big risk that you will spend months and months looking for a matching jacket. It will look like you’ve borrowed the jacket! It’s very hard to match the colour, fabirc and texture.
